No problem :) Yes the api and the wiki have been basically the same for at least a year. I'm not sure what deep documentation you might need, there are not a lot of power-user tricks to find. You might check out http://scripteka.com which is a repository of libraries and effects that build on Scriptaculous. For example, there you can find a fish-eye effect class, lightbox classes and tooltip classes.
