For someone who has "TheWebGuy" in there alias, and refers to himself
as a "web development ninja" (see http://www.erichthewebguy.com/?p=17),
you sure didn't spend a second on google.

After a 1 second, I kid you not, 1 second search on google for
"Scriptaculous PDF" the top three results were:

http://mir.aculo.us/2007/6/12/script-aculo-us-chm-and-pdf-offline-documention
http://slash7.com/cheats/scriptaculous_fx1.pdf
http://mir.aculo.us/2007/6/12/script-aculo-us-chm-and-pdf-offline-documention
(this is the author of Scriptaculous's blog)

I have never had a problem with the Scriptaculous' wiki.
jQuery also uses a wiki format for their documentation:
http://docs.jquery.com/Main_Page

The wiki seems to be back up now :)

I wish your "clients" the best of luck.
