Hi All, No solution...
I removed and reinstalled Firefox 3.0.1 and the problem was still there: under Rails the embedded objects were reduced in size to approximately 91% of the original size. For example, an object embedded at 400x400 reduced to 366x366, 600x600 reduced to 548x548, 200x200 reduced to 184x184. Back to Firefox 2.0... I removed Firefox 3.0.1 and installed Firefox 2.0 and the problem was gone: embedded objects display properly at 100% size. Completely weird.
