How come the "Rule updates are old" message posted to "dev" says there
are are plenty of both HAM and SPAM?
The short answer is because

the explanation of the difference is generally more interesting.
And which may point to where the issue is at... We need the parsing to
give us more information on a per log level so we can identify what's
going on.
