Sorry, that's a bit confusing.
Do you mean 'When adding articles, use one of the following categories 
and add them to your title, as in "Category: Title".'
I don't want to nit-pick, I honestly don't know. But I guess GitHub 
wikis do not have categories like MediaWikis do, do they.

I heard a while ago that at least in Germany, you cannot voluntarily put 
your work under public domain. I am not sure if that information is 
still valid, but it probably is that way in many countries. Is there a 
case where it would be problematic for an editor to refer to the Rump 
kernel wiki as their source (BY)? If not, I would advocate CC-BY to make 
things clear.

I hope I did not start a flame war here. When in doubt, ignore me, list; 
I hardly contributed a lot. :)
