I just like to be well-prepared for next year...

No wonder, there's a typo, should be "for" -> "form".

I changed it to: "To help find articles from the page list, choose a
title of the form "Category: Subject". See the page list for examples."

The Github wiki seems rather spartan. I have to admit that I'd like to
have something with short, stable URLs and some way to locate dead links.

Speaking of which, I also added the phrase:
"Do not change titles after an article has been published, since that
will alter the article's URL and render any hyperlinks to the article
invalid."

(yes, there are some articles that don't adhere to the category rules,
the most prominent example being "wiki guidelines" ;)

When writing the guidelines, I was deciding between CC0 and CC-BY, and
since CC0 does not prohibit quoting the information source, I concluded
that CC-BY would just unnecessarily complicate things for anyone wanting
to use the information. For example, if someone copypastes a command or
a command sequence from the wiki to another document, would they be
obliged by the attribution clause? If I were doing the copypasting, I'd
prefer not to ponder if I have to write "export RUMP_SERVER=foo (source:
wiki.rumpkernel.org)".

Does that make sense? (and of course assuming there's nothing wrong
with the legality of the link that Justin posted)
