Thanks for pointing that out, I was thinking of changing the title of

Dr Kreutzer concludes that the CC0 does what it's supposed to do, also 
under German law, and I am no one to argue with that (thanks for the 
link, Justin!). Your example makes perfect sense, I had not thought of 
it that way.
