Something unfortunate happened. The behavior on one of my gentoo boxes changed non-comprehensibly. I recompiled the X11 libraries that urxvt depends on one one machine.
libXdmcp libXau libxcb libX11 libXrender This changed the behavior of the pager programs, they work again. What does not work yet is e.g. screen, I still get the bottom line on top and garbled output on movement. This was not reproducible on the second machine. Recompiling those libraries did not change the brokenness of the man and less. On the 'partly-fixed' machine this works as expected. On the 'completely-broken' machine this produces the same garbled output as normal man. _______________________________________________ rxvt-unicode mailing list [email protected] http://lists.schmorp.de/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/rxvt-unicode
