Just for the record... there will be someone doing so in the very near 
future... before the end of the year if I have my way about it.

I think the list, [EMAIL PROTECTED],  is about as good as it gets. 
There are several of us experimenting with P64 wheelsets, (from NWSL), and 
couplers, (Sargent Engineering), I'm not aware of anyone building a 
significant layout to P64 standards. Hopefully there must be someone 
somewhere.

The P64 standards are on the NASG, (and NMRA), websites. I do know of one 
person on this group who had the FastTracks people make one of their switch 
jigs to P64 standards for him.

We're wide open for P64 pioneers.
