Hi Andre;

I agree it looks like a neat plan. I was wondering if
the track directly in in front of the building flats
will have cars spotted all along it, or if it's just
access for the obvious dead-end spurs? If the latter,
it looks luike you could sneak in a couple of more
turnouts and car spots along the back.
