So what about the American S Gauge turnouts, which I have asserted from
my independent testing, are not suitable for both high-rail (because of
the problem with vintage diesel pick-up shoes and sideframes) and
scale. Has anyone done more testing with these turnouts? Are they
universal. I say NO!

Hi Tim and all,

Tim I wrote to you before about how the insert in my turnouts allows for the
operation of Flyer pick-up shoes. I finally figured out how to get photos
to the group and would like to say I've added a new album, "Tom's Turnouts &
Trackwork" with the following link:
http://ph.groups.yahoo.com/group/S-Scale/photos/browse/201e

This series of photos shows many of the details now standard on all of my
products including some close up views of the insert that Dick was missing
in his gracious review.

I would like to thank Allen Evans of the CCSG for the photos. I'll be
adding more.
