Does anyone know where there is code 125 to code 100 transition rails

Bill:

The transition between different size rail is with cast angle bars 
that put the rail tops even. Probably the easiest way to simulate 
this without a lot of work is to solder a small offset strap to the 
bottom of the rails to bring the rail top even and then glue some 
plastic angle bars (like Grandt Line) to the rail sides.  Remember 
if its heavy duty mainline to use six hole angle bars or 4 hole for 
lightly traveled track.
