Does anyone know where there is code 125 to code 100 transition rails
available?

Where are you going to get 125 rail for your PRR mainline? Or is 137 rail
close enough?

In any event, the easy way to make a compromise joint is to use a rail
joiner intended for the larger size and put a shim under the smaller rail.
The catch is to find canstock, shimstock or whatever in thickness of .125
minus .100 = .025 or maybe .037.
