This is, without question, the best time ever -- so far -- in S scale. And yes, Frank Titman and Wally Collins took Dave Bulkin's little SGH newsletter and turned it into a respected voice for S scale and it played a key role for many years in reviving and growing S scale. How many of the original 30 SGH subscribers are on this list now?
