The physical aspects of installation in the locomotives are much more
difficult than I imagined or would prefer.

Once it is up and running, I do not understand why the standard does not
emulate an actual set of air brakes with independent and train brakes. Why do
all
the electronics and omit this basic feature of locomotive operation? It was
available in advanced DC throttles in the 60s.
