Yes!!!!
I am trying hard to put together the pilot model of the HO version of the
CNR K-3 for the very late HO kit I am producing. It takes me 3 times longer
to do anything in HO! It takes 5 minutes to put an S scale coal slope sheet
into an S scale tender and 30 minutes for HO. HO is so unforgiving if you
over bend and things just don't quite fit as easily.
I can hardly wait to finish so I can try out the new etchings for the S
scale CNR combine. Darn HO just keeps getting in the way.
Unfortunately, I gotta do the HO thing to recoup the investment.
Tender for K-3-a 5563 is done, thank God!!! S scale would have taken half
the time! I may try to sell it off as Sn42;-> Any Newfies out there, eh?
So much for the whinings of a manufacturer...
cheers,
