Art: I use the Soundtraxx PTB-100 Programming Track Booster with my Digitrax systems. Go here for info: http://www.soundtraxx.com/products/dcc/ptb100.htm I can program and read CVS on ALL Soundtraxx decoders (even those pesky DSX units and other manufacturer's decoders) on the programming track; and I can program these decoders on the main. I use Digitrax DCS 100 & DCS 150 command stations. I also highly recommend the freeware Decoder Pro which will provide you an easy to understand format for programming the 100s of CVs on the Tsunami (well it seems like that many <VBG>).
