Bob:I'm not sure what Dave used, but check out RailMaster's site. Jeff now has
a narrower version of the bass reflex speaker that should fit the bill. The
speakers are not inexpensive, but the sound is truly impressive. I'm totally
sold on the base reflex concept, just wish I could figure out how to install in
the front of smaller steam locomotive boilers...I have an S1 and S4 (both P&L
for NYC) and am quite pleased. I did spend time cleaning and replacing Korean
grease with better lubricants (no grease!) before running them in. I think any
locomotive that sits in a box for a year or longer needs that treatment, even
if it previously had it. If you did not start your car for over a year, my
