You Sergent coupler fans -- Here's yesterday's correspondence -- not good.

Im not really comfortable with an article written as if the product exists because it might not for quite some time possibly ever. I have a policy to be truthful and frank with customers, but to never make promises to customers until Im sure we can and will deliver. Its true that we are considering upgrading the product for release once again. Thats a long way from a finished product though, especially with a development cycle that can take more than a year.
