Frank himself once related to me that the best selling structures for
Lehigh Valley Models were those located within 50 feet of the tracks.
If it was farther away from the tracks, sales dropped off sharply.
Perhaps this is why residence homes and retail stores in the downtown
areas do not sell as well as interlocking towers and stations and water
towers, coal towers, sand houses, etc. Just a thought...Ed L.
