I'm trying to remember that old adage about having either black locomotives and red ink (on the balance sheet)--or is it red locomotives and black ink?

Nothing like using dirty brown with imitation gold stripes. Totally different world -- upscale vs. noscale. Although he likes model railroading, he says playing with the real stuff is a lot more fun.
