   Hi John, I'm sure there would be some demand for tie strips if they
were similar to the HO CVT strips. I doubt they would replace
flextrack as the common solution though since the extra work of
building from ties and rail doesn't give that much cost or visual
advantage over good flextrack. Once a layout is built, scenic'ed,
weathered and operating the difference between good track and better
track is hard to notice....dave
