            Are you talking about the heavyweight cars, or about the 
streamlined cars with thick wood floors and stamped aluminum sides.  Frankly, I 
do not think their value has appreciated over the years because of the advances 
in technology of their successor models, BUT---the streamlined cars that have 
letterboards that are half corrugated, half smooth, in SOUTHERN-ATSF- RI style 
are pre-war P-S cars, and I sure would like to create some new ones of that 
style--using these (Chester) to me has been ruled out.  DJE
