I understand that any of the J B Hunt containers and highway skeleton trailers
were built so they would not mesh with anyone else's. However, this is the
first I have heard of a difference involving containers alone going onto the
railcars. DJE

Okay Tom, is it likely that a single car would have both the internatiional
  and domestic type container in the well? . . . . . . . . . . we seldom see
anything but the international type boxes down here, so I'm curious.

I've wondered about that myself. It's true one seldom sees ocean and
domestic containers mixed, but I think "seldom" is the word, not "never."
Consider that picture "for illustrative purposes only," as they say. But
  pictures can be found. See

  The Hub Group is domestic

and Triton, as far as I can tell, is international.
