Rusty...I have never had a problem with mere transportation of
merchandise. My problems generally relate to people promising to
make/import things and then, many years later, still do not seem to
have a tangible start on the project. Right now I have three
situations just like that. One of them discusses things with me at any
time and keeps me fully informed, but things progress at a snail's
pace. Another one refuses to respond to email and his wife never lets
him answer the phone. He is permanently "indisposed" and he never
returns phone calls. The last guy, with the most expensive product of
the three, responds to emails and tells me I have no right to ask for
project status information and refuses to answer any questions. His
answer to everything is: "I am optimistic." I am as disgusted as you
are, but for slightly different reasons. Ed L.
