Maybe you hang around with the wrong people... <G> I don't seem to
have any of your issues... Rusty - hopefully things will show up,
I've always had excellent luck with UPS and USPS, and I've lived in
nine homes in five states.
BTW, too bad you couldn't make the S Fest. It was mainly the "Flyer
Toad" stuff but there were some gems, actually a fair amount of good
value scale items, more than I expected. John Griffin won best in
show with his Schnabel car; Sam and I picked up five completely
finished, lettered and weathered Downs tank cars in the silent
auction for a song and everyone generally had a good time!
When the train races began we split for an afternoon/evening of
running trains and firing up the S scale "hot stove league" at the
Des Plaines Valley layout. All told, a pretty fair weekend...
