Another comparison might be made to the "Best-S-Scale-in-da-West"
convention being held in California in January. Yep, the infamous
O SCALE WEST+S convention costs $25 registration fee prior to 2009 ($30
after 1-1-09) and includes the registrant, his spouse, and all his
children under the age of 18. Y'got it -- the entire family can attend
a full 2-1/2 day convention for the mighty sum of $25. Food not
included. As if that was not enough, if you have never before attended
this convention there is a special deal. All you need do is profess an
interest in O or S scale and let 'em know this is your first time to
attend and tell 'em you are very curious and you will be amazed at the
special offer. Y'didn't think I would let you know it would be free,
did ya? Nope, I didn't say that, but ask for yourself and find out
what happens.

Cheers...Eminent Ed L.
