Thanks for all the responses both on list and off list.  I'm 
confident now that I can do this conversion and I have contacts 
should I run into any other issues.

BTW, I was uncertain about posting on the list as I'm not a "regular" 
poster. The response has been terrific and I feel more apart of the S 
Guage community.
