Mark,
As others have written, these is currently no core kit, nor, as I can
see, no hope of one in the immediate future.

I have looked at your web site numerous times and salivated over your
offerings, especially those for MKT and MP. Since you now have the
capability hopefully you will market your sides to the S folks much as
others have offered decals in various scales. It will be up to the buyer
to provide something to put them on.

If you are up to the challenge and have the equipment I have long
thought that a thin plastic lazer roof etching, (for instance complete
with PS rivet detailed sections or Budd corrugations), that could be
formed and affixed to precut lazer roof ribs, (as described in an MR
article a few years back), would greatly ease the hardest part of
completing a LW passenger car from scratch. The modeler would furnish
the floor, ends, and any additional side bracing from thicker styrene,
Plexiglas, or even wood.

From my observations there seems to be a pent up demand for full length
passenger equipment in S scale. It also seems as if the demand is
selective for specific prototypes which your products would meet. As a
warning the total numbers in S scale over all may not be very large.

Hopefully your decision to make S sides will be a yes. I'm ready to
order a couple of sets of sides, (and more over time), as soon as you
are ready.
