I've been using craft magnets for years - even had an article on them in S Gaugian once. The only problem, I bought some recently that were no strong enough. Look for the smaller ones with rounded corners and mounted on a metal plate
I'm really amazed how some get accolades over a single photo in the mainstream press, others get no notice at all for a complete article. Hey, Don, did your sales increase with the appearance of my treatise in Model Railroad Planning about building a 4x8 layout with SHS components a few years ago? The biggest problem being the lack oenough pull to use the "delayed" feature. Two or three years ago I bought one of KD's #308 "HO" Magna-Electric uncouplers and somewhere I came up with a KD # 810 "O" scale Magna-Electric. I took a good look at them today wonder if they are worth the trouble to install. If you have used one or more of either of these uncouplers I'd like to know what your experience has been. > !.
