ceiling tiles ... you don't even want to hear the horror story of a layout I attempted to help fix that had ceiling tiles under every inch of track..... wonderful for scenery.... not stable for trackwork... then again, I detest foam for trackwork too.... something stable like plywood works well.... get the Carstens book on trackwork, read it, and learn.....
