I used the 2' x 4' version of the ceiling tiles for my last track laying base and was disappointed with it's spike holding qualities--I wonder what the differences might be! I will also mention that if you have a major water leak the tile becomes very much like a mixture of oat meal. I've had to clean up the results of a couple of water leaks. Once weakened by water, the stuff never seems to regain it's strength.
