I cannot find any photos of this type of signal bridge being used on the B&O, 
but here is a photo taken in Fort Spring, WV on the C&O:

I would imagine that there is some chance that if this is a design being used 
on the C&O, some of these signal bridges may have been installed on the B&O 
after the 1963 C&O affiliation with the B&O.
