Jace, since you don't seem to have enough to do, you could purchase the 
hi-rail version and turn the drivers down.  Since half of them are blind 
anyhow it shouldn't be that great a task.  If you modeled in 0 or S back 
in the 60's, Branchline models in Memphis, tenn offered to do them for 
you or you could follow an article in the old S Gauge Herald.  Leonard 
Atkins of Branchline wrote the article where he describes using a file 
and ulitizing the loco's own motor to turn the wheels down.!  I 
personally can't image that procedure to be very accurate, but I've 
never tried it either.  This could be your FNF project!
