Dear Peter,
Just so you know, the K-Line tooling was leased by Lionel (that
lease is now over). The K-Line cars MSRP was $19.95, and the O gauge
"Keystone Keepers" (same cars but without the copied SHS trucks and
couplers) MSRP was $9.95.

PS The K-Line tooling was defaulted to our builder, Sanda Kan when
Maury walked away from a multimillion dollar debt to the builder.
