Des Plaines/S Scale America makes a 1920s-1040s tank car that superficially
looks like a large-dome uninsulated ICC-103. I have a few, but I have altered
them. The SSA car comes without side and end sills. It has holes to mount end
grabirons atop the end walk. There are end trusses instead of end sills. I
adapted Ye Olde Huff 'n' Puff tank car end sills to these cars, and I added
side
sills between the car ends and the body bolsters. The end trusses are now
crossbearers at the car's third points.

When I post a photo of one, I will let the group know.
