Dear Ed,
Although this might be a problem in HO, we have had our SW's made
with a Celcon gear (Delrin) pressed on to a metal axle for the idler
and worm gears. To date we have not had a reported problem (and we
released our first SW9 over 15 year ago). Maybe it is the scale? Or,
are we just lucky S gaugers???
