Jim,

I am sorry about the lost of the husband, but this tells me they did not talk 
to each other about things in their lives.

Linda, who you have met many times, knows where my prices guides, inventory 
sheets, etc., for my train collection and other things like US coins baseball 
cards. etc. She has a very good idea on the total of what my collectables are 
worth.    Maybe no each piece, but she knows the sum in total as again, she 
knows about price guides etc., as a price guide is just a guide.

The wife did not do much research on this nor did the friend.

I do not put full fault with what she got completely on the buyer, yes, he 
could of done better for her, but they always say get 3 offers in things in 
life and she did not.
