Micro Scale has an S scale switch tower that he has only sold three of.
He won't let you photograph it, and his website has no mention of it. Maybe
if anyone knew it was available he might sell a few more. DId I miss
something, or had this kit been mentioned anywhere else? Does he really expect
S scalers to buy a kit that no one knows exists without even showing us a photo
of it? Then again, I think S is awash in generic interlocking towers, so maybe
he wouldn't do much better if we could see it. Either way, this seems to be
another case of a manufacturer jumping into a market without doing any
research, and in this case, a stunning lack of publicity, who is disappointed
with his results. Gee. I wonder why? I checked his site. There are no
photos or mention of any S scale kits. He doesn't even make it clear what is
available in any scale, so maybe we S folk shouldn't feel left out. (I think
this guy may have flunked a marketing course somewhere!)
