Be VERY careful bidding on any items from this seller; from what I've heard, he is NOT a model railroader and not at at all knowledgable about the hobby (although he is learning as he goes along, often at the expense of his customers); this is purely a business venture for him and he reportedly shows up at auctions (perhaps also has bought some estates directly) and either overpays for the choicer items or vacuums up all the odds and ends left toward the end very cheaply and then tries to resell those for enough to cover what he overpaid on the better stuff. Rarely any bargains among his listings, condition is not assured (one of those sellers who tries to evade responsibiiity by claiming not to know anything about the item), but I HAVE bought some things from him on ebay. Caveat VERY emptor. Know what you are getting, and if you have any doubts either don't bid or don't bid more than you can afford to waste.
