He has so many items up at any time, he may consider that he self-insures rather than paying for the postal kind (which is really what UPS does)--not that buying postal insurance is either a bargain nor easy to claim where there is damage. I have generally bid carefully (see previous message) so I have had no falling out with him, but I've heard of several other unhappy buyers who got no satisfaction from this particular seller.
