I've done a quick conversion of one of these and another in process lost in the 
clutter of my work bench.  Very easy.  I used SHS cabeese trucks and the sill 
required a little bit of carving for the couplers and voilĂ !  I also put some 
opaque, translucent Mylar behind the windows a la American Flyer and installed 
a lamp.
