Now that the Mr. Lane has posted up good photos of the coach ends I 
realize that I not only must remove the peak at the roof but the angled 
portions of the ends also. Not only will I have to do that remodeling but I'll 
have to make patterns and cast some of those Taylor passenger trucks to go with 
the car.  
    The SHS car has 6 splice plates along the sides of the car and the READING 
only had 5 but I think I will have to live with that. Removing them and 
repositioning them is  a little bit on the difficult side of things for me so 
maybe I should just let them be.
    My plans are to make a new floor from brass sheet and then apply the 
details. i do nnot pln and using the solid brass castings for the boxes though, 
I'll make mine from sheet stock so they are hollow. 
    Since I live in my own little world i am not aware of anyone that has 
plastic interiors, but, the crow flew overhead the other day and was yaking 
something about someone that did. Is this true?
