Dear Earl, One of them is called an Edwards Clamp. They use them to hold the ends of vessels. They are non-crushing so they work nicely during bypass surgery. I first saw them 35+ years ago. I am sure they have newer ones by now. Kent Singer gave me metal clamps used for tying flies. They work on KDs just fine... Don
