Harbor Freight Tools has a small dremel like tool that will handle the dremel
cut off blade for $4.95. At least that is what I paid for mine.

Also: If you have a track with a diverging route, You have a N rail and a S
rail. At the frog with the route aligned for straight thru the the frog must
have the N polarity. If the route is for the diverging route then the frog must
have the S polarity. It is the same for both DC and DCC. Or you will have an
insulated frog!

I guss you can live with black smoke and arcing if you don't chage the frog
poliarity.
