Well let's hope we can solve this problem with the new wheel sets.  If we can 
all agree on what the correct measurements should be, I can send all the info 
over to NWSL for review.

  The bother is a pair of code 88 wheels with proper check gauge will  
  have a different BB cause thay are thinner by just a hair.
