That's what I've done with SHABBONA RR. As such, attention is focused on the
railroad, and not stretching credibility to explain the presence of "foreign"
power, leaving visitors wondering just what RR this is.

I could easily have assigned a CB&Q switch engine to the Mooar classification
yard, and been prototypically correct. I chose, however, to leave it in
SHABBONA's jurisdiction, and leave CB&Q's (and other Keokuk RR's, TP&W and
Wabash) presence indicated via the KUD interchange and interchange rolling
stock.

That has been the motive behind my call for undecorated boxcars on the list. I
feel CB&Q, a big player in real Keokuk railroading, has been inadequately
represented. Later on, I'll describe how the design of Mooar Yard mimics how
the real Rock Island and CB&Q related to each other.

What was that movie? "It's a mad, mad, MAD World"!
