Some of the Scenery Unlimited kits had resin roof and underframe with a 
fishbelly center sill. On mine the floor was sanded too thin by the 
manufacturer, so the casting warps.

The express reefer kits are certainly worth while - especially as there is no 
other alternative for this prototype! Some of the milk versions should be 40' 
instead of 50' cars, in most cases they can be cut down because the lettering 
was kept the original size, not stretched to fit the longer car.
 
The materials and instructions in the Kinsman kits are superior to many of 
their competitors at the time. If you plan to build a kit like the ex-Mainline 
(now Huff-n-Puff) express reefer, get a copy of the Kinsman instructions for 
the same type of car! Also pick through the wood parts and replace any that 
warped or too fuzzy or coarse grained
