Hello Dennis; Those were probably by Iron Rail Models, who have re-issued the Ace hopper conversions. Those are probably the best of the Ace conversions for scale use - I prefer to do my own bolsters to convert flat cars and gondolas as I feel the Ace conversions for those cars make them sit too high.
As Jace says, the AF tank car with the Ace conversion has a few issues of proportion. I have some intentions of converting AF tanks into UTLX cars but haven't actually done one yet, and the process is likely to be somewhat involved. Pieter E.
