Dave, I can understand the desire to lighten the load by only saving things of interest when it comes to hard copies, but what advantage is it to discard electrons? Anything of interest can be tagged and filed for easy quick reference. There's nothing to "wade through" anyway, since you can search the text. I can assure you that many things that I considered "crap" when I was 20, 30, and 40 are of great interest to me today. If Kalmbach didn't protect their material by coding it to their software, you know as well as I that they would sell very few copies for all their effort. As it is, it would be easy enough to copy the material and combine the pages into single year by year PDFs. But you'd have to buy Adobe software and spend a lot of time doing the work. $199 is cheap money compared to what that would cost in time and software.
